How to make a purchase on Plarium Play?

IMPORTANT! The payment processing can take some time since every transaction goes through several stages. Usually, it takes a minute for the process to complete, but some payment methods can take up to 24-48 hours. First, it is processed by your payment provider, then by a third-party payment processor or our billing partner, and only afterward by our server.

If the pack does not arrive within 48 hours:
- Carefully check your Inbox, the chest in the top right corner of your screen. Resources may be waiting there.
- If the pack is not in the Inbox, please contact our support team.

To make a purchase with a Debit or Credit Card, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Shop and click the "Purchase" button.
You will be redirected from the game to Plarium Play checkout, which will open in a new tab in your default browser.
2. Select the Debit or Credit Card payment option.
3. Type in your Card Number, Expiration date, CVV2, and Cardholder name.
4. Confirm that your details are correct.
5. After clicking "Pay", the transaction will be completed automatically. You will see this window where you can enter the email address you wish the payment receipt to be sent to:

If you want to pay with PayPal, do the following:
1. Click the corresponding button. You will see this window:


2. Enter your PayPal information to log in to your PayPal account.
3. Review your transaction once you have logged in to your PayPal account.
4. If everything looks correct, click the yellow "Continue" button to proceed.

You are also welcome to pay with a prepaid method like Paysafecard:
1. At the checkout, select the corresponding option. You will be redirected to the Paysafecard window.
2. Enter the pin code received from your card issuing back. Do NOT include any spaces when you type the code, as our system will identify it as invalid.

For your convenience, we have also added Google Pay and Apple Pay option:
1. At the checkout, select the corresponding payment method.
2. In the pop-up window that appears, enter your card details or use the cards that were already saved in your browser:
