What Is a Gift Card and How Do I Use It?
A Gift Card is a digital gift you can send to a friend. It provides a one-time discount on a special offer in a game you've selected. There are four Gift Cards for different prices available:

Before you purchase or use a Gift Card, it's essential to understand how they work.
Using the Card's Value
While using a Gift Card, please be aware of the following rules:
- If the offer costs more than your Gift Card, the Card's value will be deducted from the total price. The remaining balance needs to be covered with another payment method.
- If the offer costs the same or less than your Gift Card, the Card will cover the cost. Please note that the Card is for a single use only. Any leftover value is forfeited and cannot be used for a future purchase.
- A single Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards or Vouchers.
Refund Policy
The Gift Cards purchased and the offers bought using them are non-refundable.
How to Purchase a Gift Card
You can easily purchase a Gift Card in Plarium Play by following these steps:
- Click on the Account Menu in the lower-left corner of the screen and select "Vouchers & Gifts."
- Open the Gift Card Menu by clicking the "Send a Gift Card" button on the banner at the top of the page.
- Choose the game and the Gift Card price.
- Find your friend in the list and click "Purchase & Send."
- Review the order and complete the purchase on the checkout page.
You can also buy a Gift Card through the new entry points:
- On the Game Page of an installed game (go to "My Library" and click your game picture)
- In the Friends side tab (if you have one or more friends)
- On the Public Profile pages of users from your friend list
How to Know If You've Received a Gift Card
Once a Gift Card is purchased, the recipient will get a notification.
A new icon will appear on the relevant Home page, indicating that the Gift Card is ready to be used within the chosen game. This icon is not limited to Gift Cards and may also indicate you've received a Voucher.
Clicking on either the notification or the icon will redirect you to the "Vouchers & Gifts" page, where you can find more details about the gift you received. You'll also see a "Gift Back" button here, giving you a quick way to purchase and send a gift in return!
How to Use a Gift Card
You can use your Gift Card by following these instructions:
- Go to the in-game Shop and choose any special offer you wish to buy.
- Proceed to the checkout page.
- Your available discounts will be displayed. Select the Gift Card to apply its value to the purchase.
Note! If you have multiple Gift Cards or Vouchers available, the system will suggest using the one that expires first. However, you can always manually select which discount you'd like to use for that transaction in the checkout field.
