How to reset your password

If you are unable to access your account, you can regain entry by resetting your password. Follow the instructions below to create a new one:

1.  Go to the Password Reset page or click "Forgot Password?" on the Plarium Play login screen.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
3. Click the "Send" button.
4. Open your email inbox and find the message from Plarium.
5. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

Did the email not arrive?

If you do not see the reset link in your inbox after a few minutes:

• Check your Spam or Junk folders
• Ensure that you entered the correct email address
• Wait at least 5 minutes before requesting a new link
