How do I manage my Plarium ID on a mobile device?

The "Manage your Plarium ID" feature allows you to overview the information about your Plarium account, adjust the security settings, and sync your game progress on a mobile device with Plarium Play with just a few clicks.

To access the "Manage your Plarium ID" feature, follow these steps:
For RAID: Shadow Legends
1. Open the game on your mobile device and tap your Avatar in the top left corner of the screen:

2. Tap "Manage your Plarium ID" in the Profile tab:

For Mech Arena
1. Open the game on your mobile device and tap your Avatar in the top left corner of the screen:

2. Tap "Manage Plarium ID" in the Connection tab:

After that, the Overview page will automatically open in the default browser on your mobile device.

Here, you can find the following options:
Back to the game - You can use it to return to your game instantly.
Burger menu in the top right corner - It provides quick access to the page options and contains the Legal section:

Sync your game progress - It is an easy way to synchronize your game progress on a mobile device with Plarium Play. This can be done quickly and easily with the QR scanner.

Account information - It contains your nickname, Plarium ID number, and email address.

Security Checkup - Here, you can check the security status of your Plarium ID account, confirm your email address, and enable two-factor authentication to enhance the account's security.

Two-factor Authentication - This is an additional security layer for your Plarium ID account.
