How do I avoid phishing?

What is phishing?

Attempting to trick other users into providing their login information (username and/or password) is commonly called phishing.
It can show up in many different ways. Stay alert if you want to protect your Plarium account and personal information!

Already clicked a suspicious link?

Do this:
1. Enable two-factor authentication.
2. Check your account's Login History. If anything seems odd, use the End session option.
3. Change your account password.
4. Contact our Support team if you have already lost access to your account.

How do I avoid phishing?

Remain skeptical online, especially when urgency, too-good-to-be-true offers, or messages from "Support"/"Plarium" are involved.
We never request any personal data via chats or any other method unless you have contacted us first through our Support System.

Tips to stay safe:

  • Never give out your password and two-factor authentication code to anyone.
  • Avoid clicking on links from untrusted sources. If you suspect a site asking for your login information is not an official Plarium site, do not enter any information there and contact our Support team.
  • Never follow instructions of someone claiming to represent Plarium Support through in-game or Plarium Play messages, especially if they claim to be able to resolve a bug or add free in-game resources to your account.
  • Be very careful when dealing with low-level players. Anyone can create a new account to do what they wouldn't dare with their main account.
