How do I recover or change my email?
There are several ways to update the email address associated with your Plarium ID. You will need access to your old email address to change it yourself.
In case you do not remember your email address or have lost access to it, please contact our Support team. We will be glad to help you.
Here are instructions on how to change your email

Plarium Play change email flow
1. Open "Settings" on the sidebar
2. Go to the Account tab
3. Click "Edit" next to "Email"
4. Enter a new email address in the respective field and click "Save"
5. Enter your current password when requested and click "Confirm"
6. Enter the security code sent to your currently registered email address. If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you'll be requested to enter the relevant details.

1. Open plarium.com
2. Go to the "Profile" in the upper right corner
3. Log in to your Plarium ID using the old email address and password
4. Click on "Go to my account"
5. In the Overview tab, click "Edit"
6. Click "Manage" near your email
7. Enter a new email address in the respective field and click "Save"
8. Enter your current password when requested and click "Confirm"
9. Enter the security code sent to your currently registered email address.
If
you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you'll be
requested
to enter the relevant details.

1. Open forum.plarium.com
2. Log in to your Plarium ID using the old email address and password
3. Hover over your nickname in the upper right corner and click "My Profile"
4. Click "Edit" near your email in the Plarium ID section
5. Enter a new email address and current password in the respective field and
click "Save"
6. Enter the security code sent to your currently registered email address. If
you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you'll be requested
to enter the relevant details.
