How to fix a game launch problem

The problem with launching the game on Plarium Play can be caused by the following factors:

  • Network connection issues
  • Cache issues
  • Device incompatibility

Please follow the "How do I fix connection errors?" guide to verify your Internet connection.

 

If this does not help, clear the Plarium Play's cache by following this instruction:

1. Open Plarium Play.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select System preferences and press the button "Reset cache."

If the game still doesn't load, try reinstalling it:

1. Delete the game: Go to "My Library" > Find your game > Open the three dots menu near the "Play" button > Select "Uninstall."

2. Click "Install" to download the game again.

In case the issue persists, please follow these steps to reinstall the Plarium Play launcher:

1. Open the folder where Plarium Play is installed.

2. Find there the "uninstall.exe" file.

3. Run the file to uninstall the Plarium Play app from your computer.

4. Reinstall the app from the official website plarium.com.

If none of the above helps, submit a ticket to the "Plarium Play Technical" category.
Please attach the following:

  • A screenshot of the error message you get
  • Plarium Play error log file — pp_logs.zip

 

Here's an easy way to find this file:

1. Go to Settings on Plarium Play.

2. Select System preferences and press the "Show log file button." It will redirect you to the pp_logs.zip file.

Please send us the content of the logs folder if you cannot open the Settings on Plarium Play:

  • For Windows - C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay\logs
  • For Mac - \Users\username\Public\PlariumPlay\logs
