How can I synchronize my game progress?

If you're launching Heroes of History on Plarium Play for the first time (Mac or PC), the game will automatically create a new account and guide you through a short tutorial.

However, if you've already played on Android, iOS, or Browser, you can continue your existing progress instead of starting over.

Before You Start

To ensure a smooth synchronization process, make sure that:

• Your account is linked to an email address
  You can bind your account via the in-game Settings on Android, iOS, or Browser.
   
• You have completed the initial tutorial
  The tutorial must be finished before you can log in to an existing account on Plarium Play.

Log In to an Existing Account

Follow these steps to link your Heroes of History account on Plarium Play:

1. Open the Game Menu
   On the main screen, click the “MENU” button at the bottom center.

   

2. Go to Settings
   Tap the “Player Icon” to open the main Settings panel.

   

3. Access the Account Tab
   In the Settings menu, select the “Account” tab on the left.

    

4. Log In to an Existing Account
   Click the “LOGIN WITH AN EXISTING ACCOUNT” button.
   
   
    
5. Enter Your Credentials
   A login window will appear. Enter the email address and password linked to your Heroes of History account, then click OK.
   
   
    
6. Confirm Account Linking
   A confirmation pop-up will ask if you want to link your existing account to your Plarium ID. Click YES to complete the process.
   
   

If you experience any issues while linking your account:

• Check your email and password for typos.

• Ensure your original account is already bound to an email.
