I'm getting an internal error. How do I fix it?

Try reinstalling Plarium Play and logging in with your Plarium ID.

If the issue persists, please contact our Support team and share the PlariumPlay.log file. You'll find the file here:

C:\Users\~Your username~\AppData\Local.

Please describe everything you do right before the error occurs, and attach a screenshot showing the error.
