I made a payment in the game, but did not receive my purchase. What should I do?
If you're sure that your payment was successful but your purchased items were not credited to your game account, please submit a request to our Payment Support team.
Click this link (or click the Contact Support button in the FAQ) and select the "I did not receive my purchase" form.
Please fill in all the fields on the form, and do not forget to attach a screenshot confirming your payment. This could be an image of the payment confirmation from your bank, PayPal, etc.
The Payment Support team will investigate, and they will contact you to resolve the issue.
