I made a payment in the game but did not receive my purchase. What should I do?
If you're sure that your payment was successful, but your purchased items were not credited to your game account, please submit a request to our Payment Support team.
Click this link or the Contact Support button at the bottom of this page. Choose your game and select "I did not receive my purchase" in the "Type of payment issue" field.
Please fill in all the fields on the form, and do not forget to attach a screenshot confirming your payment. This could be an image of the payment confirmation from your bank, Plarium Play purchase history, PayPal, etc.
The Payment Support team will investigate your case and contact you to resolve the issue.
